3.1 Age Requirement. The 8jjj platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 8jjj enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
3.2 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or who otherwise lack contractual capacity may not register an Account.
3.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 8jjj platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 8jjj makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing 8jjj from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.4 Exclusion Lists. Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion through the 8jjj Responsible Gaming tools, or who have been excluded by 8jjj for any reason, are not eligible to hold an active Account and must not attempt to register a new one.
Age Restriction: 8jjj strictly prohibits use by persons under 21 years of age. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect a Player is under 21, we will suspend the Account and withhold all funds pending age verification. Funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the payment source after deduction of any amounts wagered. No winnings will be paid to an underage Player under any circumstances.

4.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any funds, credits, or winnings associated with it to any third party.
5.1 8jjj operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and anti-money laundering obligations.
5.2 Documents Required. Verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Additional documentation may be requested at 8jjj's sole discretion.
5.3 Withdrawal Gating. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until Account Verification is complete. 8jjj reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.
5.4 Ongoing Verification. 8jjj may request updated verification documents at any point during the life of an Account, including at the time of any withdrawal request regardless of prior verification status.
5.5 Failure to Verify. If a Player fails to complete Verification within a reasonable period following a request, 8jjj reserves the right to close the Account and return the deposited balance to the original payment source after deducting any administrative costs incurred.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8jjj accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits are credited to the Player's PKR wallet in Pakistani Rupees.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the deposit screen within the 8jjj platform and may vary by payment method. 8jjj reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
6.3 Deposit Confirmation. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically confirmed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 8jjj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Use of a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.
6.5 No Deposit Fees. 8jjj does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
6.6 Currency. All transactions on 8jjj are denominated in PKR. 8jjj does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed the full Verification process as described in Section 5. Unverified Accounts are not eligible to make withdrawals.
7.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering return-to-source requirements. Withdrawals are paid in PKR.
7.3 Processing Times. Verified Account withdrawal requests are targeted for same-day processing for requests submitted before the applicable daily cut-off time. Requests submitted after the cut-off may be processed on the following business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing timeline of the Player's payment provider.
7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published within the 8jjj platform. 8jjj reserves the right to amend minimum withdrawal thresholds.
7.5 Wagering Requirements. Where a Player's Balance includes Bonus funds or winnings generated from Bonus funds, a Wagering Requirement must be satisfied before the relevant portion of the Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated at the time the Bonus is offered.
7.6 Right to Delay. 8jjj reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request for the purpose of completing additional security checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected prohibited activity.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8jjj platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent termination with forfeiture of Balance:

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8jjj shall not be liable for:

13.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. 14.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your 8jjj Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified, withdrawable Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or wagering requirements.
14.2 Termination by 8jjj. 8jjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
